"Nearly 1 star if it wasn’t for the beds and shower being acceptable. First, the entire hallway smelled very strongly of chlorine from the pool. Second, the room itself was musty and moist. Third, there were moldy bagels put out for breakfast. Plus no regular milk for cereal put out. There was only the almond milk or coconut milk for the coffee to use on cereal. And finally, the icing on the terrible cake. I was given a piece of paper at 8am saying that there would be no water in the building between 10am and 5pm! That is completely unacceptable for a business. How can you have people living in a building with no running water?? Any other business would have to close for the day. Completely ridiculous that I was given 2 hours notice for such a huge issue. Honestly, a horribly overpriced place with hardly any decent amenities. EDIT: changing my review to one star for their sorry excuse of a reply. Thanks for the excuses! You’ve offered nothing to fix any of your issues and are calling me a liar??"

"The room had a sewage smell, the bed is so uncomfortable, we checked out at 2am because we couldn’t sleep on the worst mattress I have ever tried to sleep on! However the front desk clerk Nathan was absolutely amazing! he went above to help me, their computer was down and he helped me, by using his work email to print out information I needed for a meeting! THANK YOU Nathan"

"It's a comfortable enough building, good location, but had its pluses and minuses. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the heater was not working correctly, and the shower head was stripped and would not stay up above shoulder level. Very inconvenient when arriving late in the day and needing a nice shower and cozy room to retire to. The good; front desk and cleaning staff were all pleasant and helpful. There is a nice continental breakfast until 10am, and an indoor pool open 8a-8p."

"Do not stay here, they charged me a security deposit of $150 , then upon checking out they charged me $250 and another $32 cleaning fee. $284 for cleaning. My sister had brought 3 balloons and she put them in the trash, but they probably went out and dumped them all over the floor and said it was $250 room cleaning fee. The area is sketchy and not safe, the rooms are very old and mold. When I called to speak to a supervisor the rude lady on phone said there’s a no supervisor and that they’re privately own. They will try to add charges and take your deposit for more revenue. I had a horrible experience."

"I come to Maryland once a month. I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and I was not pleased. First, both rooms I was given smelled like mildew. The first room was dirty. The bathroom tiles and grout in between was rusted and gross. The shower head was just as bad and filled with soap scum. The bathroom door was stained and nasty. I was not comfortable. I even killed 2 roaches on my bed!! They were able to accommodate me and switch me to another room but I was not pleased after the bathroom situation from the first room. The second room was a little better but the bathroom was still kind of dirty. The dresser piece with the refrigerator was so dirty and dusty and the foundation was peeling. I definitely had high hopes for this hotel but I will not stay here again."
