"Customer support here is awful. I tried to make a purchase using a $10 but when I pulled it out of my bag, I noticed a smear from a candy that opened due to the heat. Instead of just handing it to her like I should have done, I quickly pointed it out and explained what it was. To my surprise and disappointment, this lady refused to take my money. I showed her the candy wrapper, but she didn't care. I asked for the bathroom and offered to wash the bill off and she said no. To be clear, the smear was on the corner of the bill and I could not wipe it off completely with my hands alone. The entire bill wasn't compromised, just a small portion. So I guess they only want crisp bills straight from the manufacturer. This was totally bizarre behavior to me, an Asian Karen situation. Instead of engaging, I just said ok and left. What bothers me is that I come here every morning to make the same purchase. You'd think they'd have a tad bit of respect for returning customers, but they don't. That's fine, I took my business to a kinder location right around the corner. Needless to say, I won't be returning here again. They don't seem to take kindly to people like me."
