"I’m actually still sitting in the parking lot. This is for the older lady, I believe her name may be Janice working the line next the self check out today (12/15/23) if you don’t like your job, you seem to be of the age to retire, go ahead and do that! You had a very lengthy conversation with another older lady you were ringing up, so long in fact that when you looked up to see how long your line had gotten (there was only 3 people in your line when I got in it, and I and my wife was the 1 and 2 of the 3 people) you said to the other lady “why are they in my line? They don’t even have a lot of items) regardless of how many items a person may have, I never use self check out if cashiers are available and on the floor as I see that as taking away a job that can go to a human! I don’t work for the store why would I ring my own items up? I don’t receive benefits from the store so the cashiers that are there to work can ring up my 1, or 5 items. But again if you don’t like your job you can leave and let someone who needs a job have that one!"
