"I stumbled upon chili at The Wine'ing Butcher in Ashburn, VA! Not all chili is created equal, and this place is a clear winner. The chili is awesome, the customer service was great, and they're incredibly accommodating. If you haven't checked it out yet, you're missing out!"

"I had the pleasure of trying the chili at The Wine'ing Butcher, and it was an experience that went beyond the food. As a meat lover, I was delighted with the chili's mix of meats, all bursting with flavor. The consistency stood out; every bite ensured a mouthful of all the rich ingredients. It truly hit the spot. What made my visit even more memorable was the warm welcome I received upon entering. The staff were exceptionally kind, with a special mention to Johanna, whose warmth set the tone for my entire visit. Highly recommended for both the food and the wonderful service!"

"Our deli sandwiches did not come with chips as the online menu states. The rolls the sandwiches were served on seemed a bit stale and there were a sparse amount of ingredients/protein put on the actual sandwiches (which were good). For those reasons the sandwiches alone came nowhere near justifying the price. Service was pleasant but slow. Soft 80's music blared throughout the restaurant which was unpleasant to sit through. This might be a better option for the butcher component, but I wouldn't recommend getting made to order food from here. I can't imagine the pizza or burgers are much better."

"Just moved to the area and decided to try this butcher shop. I purchased a 2 inch personally cut 21 day dry aged porterhouse steak and two 1 and 1/2 inch filets and let me tell you PHENOMENAL! I will definitely will be stopping again for all my future meat purchases."

"We went for lunch to try the fabulous burgers we kept seeing online... burgers were excellent. I ate the whole thing which meant they are not large. I usually eat half a burger. Onion rings were tasty. Staff was friendly tho during lunch time we had to wait a bit to purchase butcher meats. They have a large wine selection and some fruits, veggies, lots of prepared foods and a few desserts."
