"I lived in Tilbury Gardens from February 2015 through May 2022 and would recommend the apartments to any prospective tenant. I have lived in several apartments, in Washington DC, Baltimore and Los Angeles and I have rarely encountered a landlord as responsive, professional and courteous as P&S management. Property Manager João was always attentive to every concern. They never hesitated to replace major appliances, completely reglazed the bathtub, and the on-site maintenance was always quick to respond. They continually upgraded and improved the property, paving the rear area and policing the grounds. The apartment itself was spacious and ultra-convenient. Its age and unusual layout gave it a unique charm. They are friendly to pets. There are neighborhood parks on either side of the complex. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. And all of downtown Bethesda is right around the corner. Throw in two free parking spaces and Tilbury Gardens is a hidden treasure in downtown Bethesda."
