"I dont go to the ABC often and I also don't usually know what I want...particularly because this location has a small and poor selection. So while I'm browsing, the front door was open the whole time. I guess after it took too long for me to make a selection, they decided I was a thief and closed the door. I also heard one associate say "he's putting it back" after I found a larger size of a small bottle I had found and was putting the smaller back. I drove by again after hitting Giant quick and what do you know,, the door was open again.. I'm glad they're wary of theft, but they should work on customer service. 10/10 will not be going back to this location."
"We ordered online 2 days ago all to go to the store, call the number numerous times and have no one pick up. It’s almost like they had the phone off the hook intentionally. This is the second time I ordered online for this particular store and had issues. They blamed the systems when I had to walk in to get what I originally set up as a curb-side pick up. Don’t put my family or consumers at risk because your store has no clue how to handle the orders accurately. Not acceptable. I am all for supporting local businesses but not when I’m treated poorly. Zero stars would be more suitable."
