"The management is so unprofessional and they play with people money. A deposit was paid and I decided I didn’t wanna move in so they decided they wanna play games with my money. I would never recommend anyone to ever move here. On top of that the townhouses aren’t worth the money they want for them"

Brittany the manager has.made improvements throughout the community and home and I couldn't be more happy. Cher and Jason are always meeting me with a smile and are always ready to help the team here is amazing sweet and helpful and I look forward to more years here with my family."

"Just moved here a month ago & i hate it already!! Cher plays like she so nice & sweet until you move in then she tries to talk down to you & get smart. They have charge me fees before i even moved into the place & when i spoke with them about they told me they were wrong & it would be corrected instead they forwarded it to the courts claiming i didn’t pay. They take forever for maintenance to come it’s just ridiculous"

"Hello, I have been living at The Springs since April, 2017. I have seen it go through 3 different management companies. WPM is the 3rd and best one of all. I truly and thoroughly enjoy working with their management staff, Ms. Brittany and Ms. Cher!! Satisfied and Happy: I had requested to change out my carpet (which was not replaced when I rented in 2017) due to it being very old and worn. I expected to not have this request honored or, at the most, maaaaybe get a replacement carpet. Instead, once Ms. Brittany received the photos I sent her, she blessed me with beautiful flooring, which completely took me by surprise the morning when the gentlemen came to install. I had no idea! I was and am so thankful!! Customer Service: Ms. Cher is SUCH a pleasure to speak to and work with! Her consistent can-do and joyful disposition is a breath of fresh air every single time you speak with her. I can't say enough about her professionalism, and desire to give you an excellent experience every time... She has a beautiful smile and a pleasant manner about herself. She is a gem to the office. Management: Ms. Brittany is a professional and on-top-of-it Property Manager, yet she is very easy-going and wonderful to work with! She is customer-focused and her outgoing and kind nature lends to the whole atmosphere of the office. You can tell her employees are happy because they work with her!! Maintenance Requests - If you have an issue, simply create a ticket and your tickets are taken care of with good timing. If you have an off-hours emergency, there is someone on hand 24/7! ALL of the maintenance workers I have experienced are pleasant and have great customer-service mentalities. Environment: Living at The Springs is good "Neighborhood" living because you are among single-family homes, PLENTY of green landscape and quiet streets. It's a short walk to a shopping area with a grocery store, a hair cut/style salon, nail salon, take out restaurants, etc. And, it's a very short drive to the White Marsh Mall, The Avenue at White Marsh and other shopping centers and restaurants. In conclusion: I have flirted with the idea of moving to experience a different city or state just for a bit of an adventure... One thing that holds that up is that I totally enjoy where I currently live - inclusive of the whole Parkville/Nottingham area - so much so that wherever I would go needs to be as fabulous as where I am. And, that so far is difficult to accomplish."
