Ridge Gardens Apartments

"The noise... We have been living in the complex for almost a year. The staff is nice and the apartment itself is nice. However, the walls are super thin. Our neighbor plays their music LOUD from 7 am- 1am non-stop. Even when they are not home. Multiple nights are spent staring at the ceiling sleepless. I have called the leasing office, sent emails, and spoke to John about it multiple times. I am aware that we are sharing a space and would not complain about the typical noise you expect from a neighbor. The music is so loud that our room vibrates. I am at a loss of what to do. This is why I had to leave a one star, because ones peace is so important when you are living somewhere. Over weeks of no sleep, I am over it. We just want the situation taken care of so we can go back to being happy in our apartment."

Robin is amazing! She was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and communicative. She was so very kind and knowledgeable. The property manager, Jay, is awesome! He is on top of everything! The apartment is lovely, with an open floor concept. The bedrooms are spacious and the updated appliances and features are sleek and modern. This property checked all my boxes when I applied, and continues to check the boxes 1 year later. I'm so grateful for the Ridge Garden crew :)"
