"It’s been a great 5 years since I been here. The staff truly are great at what they do. They will help you in away possible. Maintenance staff is by far the best I have dealt with in my years of living in an apartment. When you need them they come and execute the problem with no hesitation."

"Truthfully I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex. Before I go into why, I will say on a positive note that the staff are friendly. However, not all apartments are updated yet the outdated apartments are ridiculously priced. When I first moved in it took two months to get the washer and dryer working in my place.They fail to mention that the rent price is not fixed (this is the only apartment I’ve had this experience with) so the rent is actually 200-300 more than what it’s listed as each month. They do a terrible job with keeping residents informed of increases to rent (parking randomly increased $10). On the topic of parking, it’s already overpriced for the quality of the apartments and then to have a guaranteed parking spot you have to pay. So if you’re a woman or man trying to make sure you’re not walking from the street at night and you want to have a spot in front of your building, you have to pay $35. They charge for everything it seems like the least that could be done is assigning at least one space to each apartment. I haven’t even lived here 6 months but I know I won’t be renewing my lease because it’s seriously not worth the money. They also do nothing about the fact that teenagers will walk into buildings and smoke the whole place out by hotboxing the laundry rooms. Structure is lacking here."

"Morgan properties has definitely been an eye opening experience since my move in date and prior to moving in. Thus far I have had some of my concerns addressed, but there are still more. The parking is ridiculous. Why charge your residents for permits for parking? Why not assign one parking space at least and charge for an additional parking space? I understand charging guests, but we pay rent! Additionally, I've only been here a little over a week and I've seen roaches in my apartment. My sister lives in another Morgan property(Carriage Hill)and she saw a mouse after being there two weeks. This is ridiculous based upon the cost of rent. To injury to insulate, my refrigerator had a label on it as if it was new, but it was filthy on the inside. The stove was dirty as well with burners that work only if you continuously light them with a lighter or match. The toilet caused a leak to my neighbor underneath me and it just got fixed a few days ago, but they knew about it before I moved in. The only way anything gets done is when you contact the BBB. The only compliment I have is that Kenny and Eleanor were a pleasure to interact with and they did their due diligence to give great customer service. The issues with this property is bigger than the people who work in the leasing office. I attempted to contact Rebecca at the corporate office and she never responded. This is truly disappointing and sad. I like the location but the property management company is failing."
