Townes at Village Center

"I'm very happy with my 2+ years at The Townes at harvest view. The property manager, William, has been amazing and has gone above and beyond to accommodate and has always addressed any questions/concerns that came up.Corey is very efficient when it comes to maintenance. This is the first time I have ever left a review for an apartment complex and i STRONGLY recommend this complex. It is very safe, the apartments itself are gorgeous, neighbors are all very nice (non noise-issues) and has a great pet-friendly environment."

"This Community Is Wonderful! The Leasing Office Team is very knowledgeable and patient with their residents. I particularly appreciate the Property Manager William. A great guy-Indeed! I will continue to live at this Community because its clean, cozy, convenient, and has great Leadership."

"I enjoy living at Townes at Harvest View!! The maintenance is prompt. The community is well kept and quiet. The property manager (William) made sure my move was easy. I like the fact that all I have to do is walk out my front door, go up some steps, and there’s a shopping center with Weis Market right there! All of my friends who have visited thought the property looked very nice. I have one family member who is already considering moving here. I have three issues. 1. More maintenance issues should've been taken care of before move in. 2. The playground is extremely too small and beside a dumpster. For the amount of rent, the playground should be huge with plenty of equipment for the kids. 3. There should be a gym and swimming pool here. Due to space issues, the property would have to get some land across the street or something for an extra playground, pool, and gym, but it could definitely happen."

"I stopped in to talk to the manager today about painting my walls and the conversation was pleasant and professional. He explained to me that some requested maintenance items may sometimes take longer than others. I had a broken garbage disposal, and my dryer was not functioning properly and he sent someone right away to fix it. I appreciate being able to have a transparent conversation in. reference to concerns. I look forward to getting my walls painted next week and thank you for your pleasantry today."
