"We took our daughter down their to be seen for a ear infection and a covid test and found out that she has allergies and a ear infection . The staff is so nice and welcoming and the doctors and nurses really take the time to listen to our concerns about what was wrong and we got a answer to everything and was in and out of their with in a hour . Compared to every where else these guys down here are nice welcoming thoughtful and they are quick if i could give them a million stars i would b3cause they are an awesome team down their Thanks so much The callaways."

"Absolutely, by far, the best care that I ever had. Crystal Yeater, NP., examed me from head to toe very thoroughly. She checked for other injuries plus listened to everything that I had to say about my incident, had x-rays done, answered all of my questions and asked me a lot of questions. She gave me a lot of reassurance and I felt so much better with my treatment. I'm so grateful for her and the entire staff that was working there on 4/30/23. Crystal Yeater, the x-ray tech, and nurse did an excellent job of calming me down during my visit. They had me feeling so much better and even had me laughing. Crystal is a huge asset to the Benwood Rapid Care. It's the only Rapid Care that my family and I will ever go to. We recommend The Benwood Rapid Care to everyone that would need to go there."

"I came in here on a Wednesday with my head so stuffed up that I thought it would explode. I asked the nurse practitioner to be excused from work through Friday but she would only give me an excuse for Wednesday and Thursday, because having Friday off plus the weekend made too much sense I guess. So I asked her what if I'm still sick in Friday, as my co-pays for urgent care is $60 and she told me to call them if that's the case. So now it's Friday, the infection has now moved to my chest and I'm calling. I've sat through the recorded greeting several times only to be hung up on afterwards. I don't know why she didn't just give me an excuse through Friday and I would have had 5 days to get over this."

"Twice now the staff at this location have been wonderful. Getting my sick kiddos in on the weekend went smooth as could be. Everyone was nice and caring towards my kids. Very much appreciated. Other rapid cares and even other locations of this same name do not compare. Thank you."

"I was extremely disappointed in the care, or lack there of, I received yesterday evening at Mt Olivet Rapid Care. This review is strictly for the PA, Angela. The girls were extremely nice and professional. Angela on the other hand acted like I shouldn’t have even been there and pretty much said as much. I was concerned about something that had been going on with me since last Wednesday. She showed no interest and didn’t seem to care I was worried. I had to pry answers out of her and that was in the hall on my way out. I should have told her how she made me feel but I was sick and just didn’t have the energy. She handed me papers she printed out about the reason I was there. I needed some possible answers from HER not handouts. Her last instruction to me was if I didn’t feel better by the next day to go to the emergency room. This was about 5-6 PM. I think she didn’t want to be bothered with me. For the record, I have NEVER left a review like this before but I felt it needed to be said."
