Edgewood Hill Apartments

"Lived here for 1 year. Apartment itself was ok. Has some character being an older building. If u ever need maintenance done or get a hold of the leasing office it's almost impossible to do so. I would call over 20 times to try to get a hold of someone. I would write letter to put in their mail slot and email them and not get a word back. You can't even go in the leasing office you have to call to get them to come out to you. Even when I had a scheduled appointment and knocked on the door they would not answer. I would call for 10 minutes and they would be late to their own scheduled appointments. Whenever I needed maintenance done and filled out the only request they would rarely ever come. The only way I could get maintenance done is hunt them down around the apartment complex to tell them I needed them. I asked about the online request and they even told me that they wouldn't be informed by the leasing office of all the maintenance required they got."

"Edgewood is a very nice and quiet place to live. People are very kind and the management is very good. No problems at all with living here."

"Edgewood Hills is the worst place to live. Yes the apartments are spacious and all utilities are included. However, the pool advertised is non-functional, the playground is nonexistent. Maintenance does not fix anything and if they do it breaks again in a matter of weeks. Maybe the reason why maintenance staff doesnt last. Children run around all over the complex without their parents supervising them. They run in and out of the buildings and laundry rooms and some have solicited money. There have been hypodermic needles, condoms, and drug paraphernalia that we had to pick up and throw away due to fear that the younger kids would play with or anyone could have steped it. Fyi washco is now shaool management. Office staff will gossip to you about any and everyone some. Then she will claim she never said anything. None of them can be trusted."

"Lived here seven years and it gets worse each year. The rent keeps going up, but the services decrease. No one cleans the halls, washes windows, or changes light bulbs in the common areas. The laundry rooms are so dirty most residents carry out to laundromats. The police are here nearly every week for one disturbance or another. Two weeks ago the fire dept. kicked in our door because of a fire in the basement, and the management still has not replaced our broken door. There are much nicer places to live. This is a slum."
