"Brought someone in for a10am Appt. When asked if Dr.Griffith was behind, they said No. Well, it is after 11am and we are still waiting for Dr. Griffith. I don't know if they double book appointments but this is ridiculous. Staff doesn't seem to care if you wait or not. Then when finally came into room was here for 5 minutes if that and left. I believe he thinks his time is more important than his patients. Which is very wrong."

"As an out-of-town visitor, I called Griffith Eye Center to see if they could adjust my glasses, which had gotten whacked out of shape from the car trip. All the employees were very nice, and the adjustment that was done was done to perfection. They seemed very happy to give me the service and did not charge me a fee for the adjustment. I would do business with them anytime if I were a resident of Erie or Millcreek."

"Absolutely terrible service, I take my mother in law there and it's always a 2hr ordeal for a simple appointment. Today was the last straw. One doctor left exam room to get the other doctors opinion, we waited for an hour in that room and nobody showed up. We left without saying a word. My wife is looking for another optometrist for her. If I could give zero stars I would."
