"The feedback I would like to give on the overview of this property is that it’s absolutely nice here ! I’ve lived here for years, since I was a child, now to being an adult. The manager definitely makes sure that her residences has no problems at all . Kimberly Ritter is wonderful to her residences, employees, and community ! She definitely makes sure that she is hands on and creates gatherings for the community !"
"So it was nice until it wasn't the property is not the problem. It's Burlington Management and what they allow their r on sight staff to go. on site Property Manager to do, she is a fraud."
"My husband and I have lived here 6 yrs. My cousin who has 24 / 7 staffing also lives here. We have never felt as peaceful as we do here in our home. Today Kim had a end of summer cook out for the residents and kids. I had 3 of my grandkids with me. To see all the dtaff pull together and have team work is a beautiful thing. I have referred 2 new families here in the last 2 years. What I will say is Kim goes beyond what she needs to do to make everyone happy and to feel welcome. If we had more property managers like her in this area there would be alot of peaceful places to live. Thank You Kim for doing all you do and always trying to help others. It is noticed and we greatly appreciate you!"
"I wouldn't move in here if given a different opportunity. One of the workers Kim has had complains dating back since she started yet she is still working for the company. She has a friend who lives next door to her and has even lied to the cops about her friend beating her daughter and is in the process of kicking out one of the people who she thinks called the cops on her friend for openingly beating her kid. Before they reply that it's all a lie I watched the whole thing."
"i visit the cottages atleast once a month seeing family that lives there, i have never heard anything bad, the property is always clean, and well landscaped. i have interacted with management on occasion, and never once felt unwelcomed. as a visitor, and knowing my family lives there, i would recommend the property to anyone seeking a quiet and clean place to live."
