"I have been here about a month. Erica, the property manager, and Devin, the assistant manager were great. They went out of their way to help me find the right apartment. Erica even called me to offer an apartment that had become available and was a better fit. The maintenance staff are efficient, friendly, and clean up after. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well maintained, as are the grounds. It is generally quiet and we have nice neighbors. The location is good as well, there are two gyms nearby, and we are about 6 min from the train station and about 5 min to I 81."
"The apartment complex itself is one of the most attractive in the area. I'm quite satisfied with the size of my apartment and how roomy it is. We've had quite a few maintenance issues (all just small type stuff), but the maintenance guys here are wonderful. They are always friendly, quick and very helpful and request submitted are handled in a very timely manner. I enjoy having a small dog park here to let my dog run, but cleaning up droppings in the park and in grassy areas around the neighborhood does need to be improved. Unfortunately like a lot of neighborhoods, quite a few people don't seem to clean up after their dogs on walks. It happens often that I step out my back door to let my own dog out and step in feces left by someone else's that was left there. Other than that, the only thing I wished was different was some kind of community events or involvement. Most seem to stay to themselves here so it's been difficult to get to know most of the neighbors."
"We moved across the country from California and they were extremely helpful, informative, and kind from the start! Ms. Deven was who we spoke to the most and she always answered our questions and even gave us a list of her favorite restaurants. The apartment comes with appliances and was clean when we arrived; Mike from maintenance has been helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we've had which hasn't been many. Love living here so far!"
