"I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes and was never called back. I went back to the check in desk to see if they were running behind and I was marked as a no show! Total waste of my time and I still have this freaking wart on my foot!!!"

"Appointment went decent. Doctor was friendly. Staff was unorganized. Booked the surgery appointment 2 months out. Had to keep calling the doctor to get prescreen bloodwork ordered. Then just 3 days before my surgery appointment I called to make sure my blood tests were fine, to learn my appointment was canceled. Had to reschedule another month out. Had to have my insurance company call them too. Definitely don’t go here unless you like calling them to make sure they are doing their job. Doctor seemed alright, staff is -10/10 Delay in care.... I wonder if they were ever going to call me to let me know my surgery was canceled."

"The staff were very courteous and professional. They made me feel welcome and put my anxiety to rest with all of their approachable personalities. Dr. Colonna in particular was very friendly and cool. The resident that treated me was friendly enough, although he seemed rather "cold and clinical", if you know what I mean, as do most doctors in the field. Colonna, on the other hand, seemed to have a real passion for his work, and was very calming and reassuring. The only problem I had was that the good doctor always seemed in a rush, a "here ya go, cool? Ok. See ya" manner. That is understandable in the medical profession, however. I just wished that he'd slow down a bit. My two week follow up seemed rushed and unimportant to them. I very much appreciate their time, and don't wanna come across as ungrateful. It just seemed like they wanted me out of there. Overall, an excellent experience from a refreshingly nice staff and an excellent friendly Doctor Colonna. I would recommend. FYI make sure that your questions are answered in a satisfactory way, or else you as well will feel rushed."
