"So I waited until I calmed down to write this and this is as polite as I can be.. Wife hurt her shoulder and could not move her arm. With that said my wife does not take pain meds and actually refused them in the ER. So x-ray done. No bone issues seen. She was told by ER Dr. To take ibuprofen and do range of motion exercises. After arguing with staff they agreed to orthopedic consult. 3 hours pass they tell us orthopedic staff wont see her. Again take pain meds and do range of motion exercises. No issues seen at ER. Wife literally cries when she moves her arm. guess we call it the hypocrite oath now. Thank you for the care and attention. Guess next time I have to come in screaming and shouting to get seen. I will be recording Dr.s now like cops get recorded so we can criticize them for poor service too!"

"After waking up in the middle of an upper endoscopy, choking and dry heaving. I was told that was completely normal by the staff. This was after waiting for 2 hours in the hospital bed, and after my arms getting poked and prodded multiple times for an IV that nobody ever had a problem finding prior. Do NOT go here for anything."

"Went in for a test, told me I shouldn’t be worried and that they’d let me know about test results, never got a call and have no way to reach out to ask about my results. The nurse was kind and informative but the doctor spoke down to me and seemed off put by my concern. Won’t be going here ever again."

"After my procedure was supposed to start at 11:30 i got to the center at 10:30 and staff was for the most part decent. They told my wife 2-3 hrs to pick me up estimate at 10:30. It is now 2;:15 i am stll sitting here and they were unavle to do the procedure because my gag reflex was to severe the didn't sediate me enough. So over 4 hrs 15 minutes and now i have to reschedule and pay more at the hospital. Which means both me and my wife getting off work which we are not rich. What a joke good luck hooe your time goes better but i would blook around 1st"
