"Upon visiting the Vera Bradley store in Annapolis I was greeted with a friendly "hello". However, I observed the sales associate sitting behind the counter on her phone. Based on previous visits I expected the sales associate to ask if there was anything she could help me find. However, I was completely shocked when this did not occur. After walking around looking at various bags and "waiting" to be assisted, I left without making a purchase. Glancing back at the counter before leaving, the cashier was still on her phone as she looked up as I was walking out. I had every intention of making a purchase, but will take my business to a locally owned business where their attention to customers is top priority!"
