"DO NOT go this 7 Eleven!!!! They have the absolute worst customer service. I ordered from them through Uber Eats. They continually sent the wrong items. After being fed up with their lack of providing precise orders, especially considering I am paying for items I did not want, I went to the store to give the items back because they were filled with ingredients I can NOT eat due to food sensitivities. One instance the cashier, a young guy, said the ingredients were the same for different sunflower seed flavors. I explained to him it was not because there are different seasoning ingredients and he looked perplexed. It was at that point that I realized I was conversing with someone who did NOT have common sense and left. All of my poor customer service encounters at this location involved the young guys behind the counter. Not sure if they were quick hires off the street for low pay but they did NOT have the due diligence to try to rectify each matter and offer me something else. They did not at least call before my orders were picked up to inform me and see if I would like replacement items. They should NOT have had items on the UberEats app that show as available if they in fact do not have them in stock. This is FALSE ADVERTISMENT which makes me then question the integrity of this store. THIS IS ALSO POOR customer service and is NOT the first issue I had with this location. I gave this location chance after chance because it is black owned, hoping they would improve, but the continuous encounters I had with the young guys behind the counter who are the worst at customer service gives the black community a bad name when it comes to black owned business! They will be the reason sales decline at this location, eventually leading to their loss of this store. If you value quality customer service, and it is important where you spend your hard earned dollars, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, instead go to the next 7-Eleven, 5 minutes away, on Crain Highway. Also, the owner of this location never sees these reviews. These comments are reviewed and responded by 7-Eleven's corporate/headquarters office, which is ineffective and places this location at a disadvantage in helping them improve."

"Their food is always fresh and the store is well stocked. The female cashier that is there in the morning is always so friendly and nice. Some of the men that work there, however, are not friendly and are most times grumpy."

"It was really crowded because of the 7-11 free slurpee promotion. All of the machines were not working. I've been here before and they are normally well stocked, friendly and efficient. Not on this day, but I understand. There were way more people here than usual."
