"Visited this store today and asked the cashier a question about an item if they have it in stock. There was a long pause and she said people always asking about this and that and finally said I don’t know and just gave a random day to show up in a rude manner. Guess she was having a bad day but should not be rude to customers."
"Today was my first time in this store and I was extremely happy to find a DG in Virginia. It's a big store it was clean and well stocked. I found everything I was needed and I had a pleasant conversation with the cashier. I like the surrounding stores as well."
"Stop at this store (which I’m not use to since is out of town) first impression was not good, store is a mess, boxes everywhere, rude employees. I continue and got some frozen food, while there found some sock. When i went to pay, cashier (manager)refused to sell the socks to me because they were rigging up for a penny, I told the lady that according to DG policy they have to sell anything that is on the sell floor, but she madly refused. Never going to this store again, so lucky that is not my town store."
