Five Below

"The staff are just about the rudest people I've ever met in my life. Don't bother. Find another location."

"This five below gets one star for one simple reason Lack of empathy, and no customer service. it is a location that's inside of a plaza or a strip mall which ever you prefer to call it. It did not have the one item that I would've bought when I went in there which is a Bluetooth to auxiliary cord adapter I'm not sure what's going on with none of the five below having that anymore but here is the reason why I gave this five below a one star Rating. Two men most likely father and son stood in the parking lot area on one of the mediums, playing violin for Cash with a sign up, talking about some family things that they are trying to afford. I witnessed one of the employees come outside and tell them that they had to move or turn their music down that it was too loud. I was in my car when I witnessed this, but I got out to go and asked the gentleman what was said to them, I personally went inside a five below honestly just to see if I could hear their music music from inside when the doors were shut and I could not. I actually could only hear five blows music, so I'm puzzled as to why this person would have come out and pestered or bothered someone who could've been a potential five below Customer , this is not good for the five below look and this is not good customer service. Customer service, 101 anybody within distance of your store doors could be a potential customer don't ruin it for people. I will include photos so that everyone can see what I'm talking about."

"Five Below is located in Park Plaza Shopping Center in Severna Park, Maryland. The store is well stocked with great buys for every season. My grandchildren love shopping at Five Below. They have a nice selection of Beach and outdoor toys."

"Called 2 times about an item my daughter has been looking for and both people said they had them so I drove 45min away 2 days in a row after verify they had them! Not only did i call 1 time. I called 2 times and both associates said they had the item in stock. Just i would not drive there for something they say they have when they really don't unless you live close. Wouldn't waste your time or gas to come here even if you call before hand."

"I absolutely love this store, they have any and everything you could think of. They also had xbox series x and ps5 console holders/charging stands. They have switch joy con controllers for 20 or wireless switches pro controller for 15. All kinds of clothes, toys, brands you wouldn't find at other places. Absolutely recommend"
