"1/29/24, 4:21 PM- 10 pc. dark chix/ $15. Chix was NOT FRESH! When I opened the bag after getting home the chix looked old, the skin was soggy with grease and the meat was dry like they had been sitting in the fridge and were thrown into the fryer to make them hot again. None of the pieces were even lukewarm at that point which told me even more that it wasn't fresh, fried chix. I've had Royal Farms chix before and when it's fresh the chix stays crisp and juicy and even retains the heat for at least a couple of hours. You can tell when something has been thrown back in the fryer to be reheated and that's what this looked and tasted like. Waste of money, time and ruined my appetite."
"I asked for two fresh hashbrowns. The lady pulled them out of the warmer and told me they were fresh. They stuck to the bag so I only got half of a hash brown paying $1.99 per hash brown and then got rudely told that she made that they were cold I don’t recommend coming back here."
"Today I ordered food. I didn’t get my entire order. I notified the store because I wanted what I paid for as I should the manager contacted me to rectify the missing items. Then the manager had the nerve to call me back to tell me he reviewed the cameras accusing me of lying about missing chicken stating I received the correct amount of boxes. I did get the correct amount of boxes with the incorrect amount of food. The store should reposition the camera to where the food is being packaged to assure every item is placed in the box before accusing a customer of lying. Truly offended smh"
"Stopped in at 830pm to redeem my chicken salad from my reward and cashier told me they were sold out. I brought up a Santa fe chicken salad from refrigerator case and was told that that one was not valid. Why? Coupon said any style. I think I'm going to delete worthless app that never honors their coupons and specials causing me to waste time"
