"Has gone downhill the past few years. The selection is less, and just isn't worth it to us to buy in bulk anymore. The most annoying part is the self-checkout, where you are presented with a screen that if you don't read it carefully, will auto-renew your membership. Sneaky at best."
"The store is alright, but the service is terrible. Just when my mother and I were about to check out, the cashier told us our store card has expired and the coupons my mother’s app are considered null and void. They could at least try to act courteous, friendly, and considerate towards us, but instead all we get were dull responses and acts of overcharging services that we get from other stores for free. So, yes, I would give our experience at this corrupt, condescending, poorly excuse of a market a 1 out of 5. But I mostly blame management for doing a horrible job at hiring and training its employees poorly."
"My only complaint is the lady asking me about saving money on utilities while I'm using the self checkout...just standing there while I'm ringing up my items. I found that rude and inconsiderate. I come to shop, not to be hassled with a sales pitch. I don't get grocery offers in my BGE statements, so why should I get utility offers at a grocery store?"
"Visiting this store was a horrible experience, the check out line was more than mile long , coming all the way to the end of the store and than swirling to the other end. The whole store looks like no one is taking care off, there were empty carts every where and merchandise on the floor and stuff at wrong places. A horribly managed store and full of lazy/unfriendly employees. Either they need to close this store or hire some good workers/management."
"This store is a good location. Some of the other BJ locations would get less than three stars this location is a very good 4 * 4 1/2 * location. They lose the last half a star because they have some very crappy people working in there. The store is usually kept very neat and organized with no obstructions in the aisles. The deli counter is usually busy but very fast and efficient. I do like the fact that they give a decent amount to sample when you ask for it at the deli counter."
