"Terrible my cat Rueben was already sick weightloss wise and he would throw up, but he was not on his death bed he was eating drinking playing all of that then the very same day I left the Anna wellness he ended up Dieing he was given flea medication and they took him in the back for like 40 mins and came back to tell me they can’t get any blood so why try that long???? He was a very small cat due to weightloss his little body couldn’t handle all of that and it looked like he was having spasms then died and when I emailed them they said I should’ve gotten him in sooner like obviously I called around places and that was the soonest I could get him in?? And they say it was because he was infested with fleas and I got his body examined on outside before his cremation and was told it was not flea dirt it was just dirt I also have another pet in the house and she didn’t have one flea on her, my cat gets out and gets in bushes. Regardless if it was or wasn’t fleas because they insist it was, there is no reason he would eat drink play just throw up and weightloss then die the very day I took him there from the “fleas”? I was better off not taking him to the vet or preferable a different one cause he would’ve still been alive even if he was sick with whatever unknown illness he had and then the email giving me the most heartless response trying to turn it onto me. And to top it off you pay the same exact amount you would at any other vet the other vet could’ve gotten me in within the next week or so of that appt but I figured I could save a little money and just go with Anna wellness east and it ended up being over 100$ for like 2 things"

"Had to get one of my dog's looked at because of some scratch issues on her chest. Anna wellness is always clean and very friendly. They listen to my needs and do great work. I trust them with my pets needs."

"Poor service from front desk staff. Called to notify I was running a little late because my cat would not go into the crate and hid on me. They would not take me in for my appointment and I was charged the $50. The front desk personnel had no compassion and obviously does not know what it’s like to get a cat in a crate. they should be fired ,"

"I love this place they’re so good to our pups Jasper and Roscoe. They’re kind efficient and fair during these rough times. They’ve been really helpful especially with our little Jasper who has tons of allergies and cost a lot of money. I give them the best rating ever."

"They examined and explained our cat's issues and prognosis to us clearly--we had adopted her from the Anna shelter. They only have one veterinarian so there is a wait to schedule an appointment. But they are good and caring."
