"My 11 yr old is a travel hockey player and, up till now, a self taught shooter based on years trial and error. The instruction Hockey Science off-ice shooting classes provided have helped him get much more control and consistency. No doubt. This is not a 'show up and fire off 100 shots as quick as you can' class. Their methodology is - go slow, take 40 great shots, pause on each and make adjustments, think about your form. Wish we had known about these a few years back. Unlearning bad habits is harder than doing it correctly from the start. And they make it fun."
