"It's worth mentioning my observation of one employee, Yanira, handling raw chicken on the grill, prepping mop and bucket to clean the floor, serving food to patrons, and handling money all with bare hands and without washing in between events. She was very friendly and helpful but the food safety and handling standard were not adhered to."

It's was extremely starchy and didn't take well to being sauced, kind of like a soba noodle. The chicken was poorly sauced and the portion given was pretty sad. I know it's on a military post, but is it exempt to quality control?"
