"The office called me on July 31,2023 to make appointment for my dad who is 90 years old and had a stroke! I made appointment for august 16, 2023. My dad goes to appointment on August 16 and they told him he didn’t have appointment that day!! We were furious. They told us his appointment was August 2, 2023. I specifically wrote the date of august 16 in 2 places and the time. One on piece of paper and calendar. I even repeated it back to the person I was making appointment with.. I called that afternoon of august 16,2023 mad! They told me it would take at least 2 weeks to get in to see one of the drs. They called and left message on July 31,2023 and I called back the same day. He did not get appointment 2 days later. If he had I would of stayed with him to make sure he goes. I live 2 hours away!! I am very upset with these people. My dad lives about 40 minutes away and they turned him away. I also didn’t get a courtesy call to remind us of his appointment! You upset this poor man. You people better get your act together. It’s your mistake and own up to it!!! Not recommending anyone to your office!"

"Had to pay bill. Told them I be in Friday. Office closed was not told when I just talk to them few days ago. Now have to wait. Not to mention never mention what I owe till it's 600. When nothing was done but give me medicine that made me want to be dead."

"We were late to our appointment due to traffic and due to them having us wait 5 minutes to check in and Minhas refused to see us and made us reschedule. Not to mention, the previous appointment with Minhas was disgusting. He would not listen to anything we had to say and would constantly interrupt my wife and I after asking questions. An absolutely terrible facility and an even worse person. If I could rate lower, I would."

"Dr. Minhas does not give you the time of day! I've had 2 appointments with him and both were very rushed and less than 10 minutes. Mind you I had a copay of $40 each time. I told him my neck pain had gotten worse and that now I can't lift my right arm, only a little and his response was he couldn't help me and to go to a walk in for that. You can't use a walk in as a regular doctor's office. That's just plain crazy! Also why do you take the time to fill out the paper with your symptoms if he isn't even going to look at it. Looks like I'll be going somewhere else where they know what they are doing."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This office is not great at charting or patient communication so keep that in mind. Every nurse or receptionist I spoke do on the phone was rude and I never got a call back. I saw Dr. Minhas at this office and was treated with nothing but disrespect. I have struggled with chronic migraines and I was not easy to treat due to medication allergies. Dr. Minhas and his NP did not take the time to sit with me and sort our what was going on, they just yelled at me and told me to get over it. Imagine going into the doctor with headaches every day and 3-5 migraines a week and being told that there is nothing wrong with you and its all anxiety. I ended up going to the headache center at the University of Rochester and my life was changed."
