"Roaches in the room attacked me for my hot dog and they won went to visit a friend"
"No stars . This place was utterly filthy and disgusting with stains on the towels . I feel ripped off at having paid $80 of hard earned cash to stay at this dump . My partner was bitten by god knows what, I refused to get inside the bed . The lady also removed details off of the receipt which tells me there have been many complaints . The best thing for this place is petrol and matches and send the people running it on an intensive hygiene / pest removal / cleaning course , with added training on REMOVING used condoms from under the bed . Red carpet Virginia 8257 . You SHOULD be ashamed to be using this name in a franchise !!!!! Lastly the cheek of having a bible beside the bed !!!! I was gobsmacked !!!!! Note * had to put stars or review wouldn’t post . I give it minus stars ."
"I dont know how this place is able to keep the Red Carpet franchise because this place doesnt qualify to be a motel in any way. Staff was friendly and thats the only thing that kept me there. Room was all the way in the back. There was a trash can full of garbage at the door. Bed and mattress were very old. There was a 'window' AC unit in the room. Bathroom faucets wont turn off so I had to cut the water supply under the sink. There was a bandage and a cigarette laying there. I will not stay there again even if its free."
"My room was clean, simply decorated and comfortable. I was able ro park in front of my room and did not have to walk thru a lobby, which was an advantage in this pandemic time. There is no pool, business center or fitness center but the place i stayed the night before had those things and they were closed because of the pandemic; and I did not need those features anyway. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and treated courteously. I wanted a clean basic room for a reasonable cost and I got everything I wanted."
"The front desk people are very nice but I would rather sleep in a car. The room I was checked into on January 4th, 2020 wasn’t clean. It didn’t even have clean sheets, no towels, or tissue. I asked could I swap rooms. The other rooms was horrible and seen bugs crawling on the bed. I went back to other room and they came to change my sheets. I was there for 4 hours and seen a bed bug crawling next to me. I got up and left in the middle of the night and took it as a lost. The place is infested and should be sprayed."
