"While I have used Giant frequently over the past 9 years...I now am going to other stores for the majority of my shopping. This particular location typically has a decent selection and helpful staff...but it has been losing ground. Recently they joined the the trend of shutting down one of their two entrances. Not sure the reason but it is a huge hassle especially when the store is busy. They also have stopped carrying some of the typical brands or options. Perfect example. We used to get our coffee from Giant. We used Gevalia espresso roast but Giant no longer carries it. They carry Gevalia, just espress roast is not available. Same with Maxwell House International House flavored coffee. Used to have a decent selection of their flavors but now I have to shop elsewhere to get them The list goes on and on. Let's just say that while I still go there once or twice a month to get specific items...the rest of my shopping is being done elsewhere. #BirdLife #OwlsTweet @MeetMrOwl"

"I was in the store this past Sunday and there was a line at the seafood counter. No sign up stating if they were on break, closed or what was going on. Asked an associate in produce for assistance and he stated they are probably "on a break." Thirty minutes later asked someone in deli and they said that they would page someone. Still no one showed up. A customer went up front to speak to a manager and they were told that there is no manager working. Called on Monday to speak to a manager and the person answering the phone stated that there was no manager available. Called again on Tueday and was placed on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a manager. And just stated she was sorry and this will not happen again. Not the same customer service that Giant use to be known for!"

"I have mobility issues and can no longer shop here. They have one of their doors completely blocked, forcing everyone to use one. This means everyone is parking on one side of the parking lot and all of the handicap and close spaces on that side are taken when I go. It's now too hard to physically make it in and out of the store. This is such a shame as it was my favorite grocery store near 17."

"Nice store. Clean. A bit different layout than I am used to as no giants I'm my home range. I will be back next time through. They have good prices and some good flavor coffees I hadn't seen at my stores. Bakery had a good selection too of things made In store."
