"I went to the Philocalist inside the Collection. Emily waxed and tinted my eyebrows, it was my first time having this done, she made me feel comfortable, she was very personable and I loved chatting with her to easy my nerves. She did an incredible job, I absolutely love my eyebrows now!"

"I had an appointment this morning with Emily Looney at the Collection Salon in Gahanna I waited for a half an hr however she never showed up nor did she call or tex me to let me know what was going on. This was suppose to be my first appointment with her and needless to say I won't be going back there to her again. When you have a business you and you only are responsible for your actions. This is not acceptable behavior. I even went back to read our conversation to make sure I had the day and time correct and it was."
