"The store seems clean and decently stocked. Some employees offered to help while I was shopping, unprompted. With that said, I would like to echo a similar post about being treated extremely rudely at checkout. With 3-4 empty kiosks, the cashier insisted she check my items in the self checkout line. I’m particular about how the items I purchase are bagged. I asked four times throughout the process for her to let me use the lane as intended. There was nothing I needed her to fix or to help me in any way with my transaction up until this point. I wanted and needed no assistance. This person proceeded to scan items incorrectly and put her hands all over my personal belongings. When I pressed a little more as to why I couldn’t do this myself like I wanted, she told me it was faster this way, which I told her wasn’t a concern to me, and she then said she didn’t want to keep having to come back over, which again, she never had to do in the first place. She offered to waive the bag tax; I declined."

"This giant is clean, organized, and well put together. I always find what I'm looking for. Customer Service is on point... very friendly, and helpful. The manager ( Don't know his name)that assisted me around 2pm, which is the 4th of July was AWESOME!!! Thank you for ringing up my ice cream, and showing me how to get to my giant app to use digital... I will be back"

"I worked at the deli. They don’t clean the meat cases. The older worker, Raymond, she dropped rotisserie chicken on the floor and still served it. When I brought it to the store managers attention (I am food safety certified) her response was “it was raw chicken so it’s okay.” I worked there and refused to eat anything from there after that. The attached pictures are from their meat case that I cleaned after their department manager said it was fine not to."
