"I wouldn’t use the Pharmacy. It had no record of my prescription and gave me 2 old prescriptions when I specifically asked for the new one that came on a specific date. They gave me a very old prescription the second time. Had to deal with refunding and driving back and calling them. The food and drink services are fine though, but do not recommend using them as a pharmacy."
"I have called the Potomac Walgreens store four times and I’ve never gotten through to them. I was just on hold for almost a half an hour and a recorded message said that there were two callers ahead of me. The message obnoxiously repeated itself every 15 seconds. I had to hang up after a half hour, because nobody picked up. This is not a one time occurrence. I have tried four different times to call them and stayed on hold each time for a minimum of 15 minutes. So in 30 minutes of time they could not process two calls. I will not do business with this store. Driving from Potomac to Bethesda will be faster than waiting on hold indefinitely. Whoever is managing the Potomac store should be replaced. I have been using the Bethesda Walgreens for years and that store is excellent."
"Genuinely one of the slowest and worst pharmacies I have ever been too. They never give an accurate time estimate for when prescriptions are ready, and consistently mess up orders as well. Save yourself time and drive to the CVS on tuckermane lane. The 15 minute drive from here is much shorter than the hour you will wait when you were given a 20 minute estimate."
