"When women's imaging was in the hospital, it was comprehensive. You didn't leave until the radiologist said that the films were good. I had imaging services which were very quick, and seemingly required a lot less images than I'm used to getting. I thought it was great as I was in and out quickly. Wrong. Later, I received a message that they didn't get enough images and would have to schedule to come back and get them. I do not recommend this location for mammograms. Having to come back takes time out of yet another day and also likely will cause a billing mess for annual services as the films won't be taken on the same day."

"Lack of communication. I scheduled two tests and was told at check in that they would fit my next imaging test in. Question receptionist Annie who didn't have a clue what's going on and was confused as they already had my paperwork in back. Instead of finding out the status, she ignored my inquiry. Questioned second receptionist and overhead her tell her to give me an update. Silence. The waiting room is at capacity for people. The right thing to do is have me come back later as opposed to sitting in covid19 waiting room. Ridiculous! Uncaring! Unaware!"
