"It has a great food taste but poor management. I order mutton thali so often from them. Today I tried to order the same through doordash but it was not available at 11AM( which was mentioned on their website). I called the store and asked when will be thali available, they said by 11:30 AM. I waited till 12:30 PM. Its still not available yet. This is not the first time happened. When i called them again they said its available but still not enabled by them on the doordash, such a worste managemant they have. Worst part is they are not ready to answer the call also after your first call. You have to try multiple times to make them pick the call. Finally i saw the thali on foordash 12:45 PM and guess what there is no mutton thali which i want to order. For that I had call them again and make them enable that on doordash. If you get late to provide something then let the customer know about it. We will plan things accordingly but don’t lie and make the customer exhausted with bad management like yours."

"I requested for goat thali, got chicken instead. The chappati was hard like papad and in terms of quantity it’s bit steep for 17$."

"This is the best Indian store in the Ellicott city area, You will find most of the required items. Inside the store there is a food area, that was simply superb, I tried snacks (Cut Mirchi, Bonda, Punugulu, etc), and Rice items(Chicken Pulao, and Veg Pulao), the taste is at its best."

Trust is vital when it comes to shopping, and such discrepancies can erode it."
