"Every time I shop here, I find a ton of expired items on their shelves. A few weeks ago (in January) I brought home a bunch of yogurts that I thought I checked all of them before I left. When I got home, one had expired in November. That is disgusting. I understand things happen but you can make people sick! It wasn’t just once! I have wasted money here multiple times bringing things home that are expired on accident. The ONLY reason I kept shopping here was the discount on gas with the rewards. Not anymore, I’ve started shopping at Giant near the Walmart on 40 and this hasn’t happened at all yet. Save your money, this place is disgusting and the employees are rude."

"I have been to this location twice in 7 days. First time I went in the grapefruit juice that is $6, by the way, was expired. All of the bottles expired in December 2023 and it’s now mid Jan ‘24. I then went to grab some Kombucha they were also expired. My second trip I went to purchase a pack of Oreos. I didn’t check the date drove all the way home and something said check the date. It EXPIRED SEPTEMBER OF 2022. Yes 2022 we are now in 2024. The staff doesn’t check expiration dates. I typically try to be diligent and check the date but two separate departments on two separate days with severely expired food on the shelves. Dangerous. The store needs to do better."

"Every time I go here the self checkout line is in a different, arbitrary spot. Sometimes there’s two self check out lines, sometimes there’s one, sometimes it’s hidden down an aisle and you can’t see there’s a line you should be in. And every time, the staff is angry at someone because they’re not in the right line. Can y’all mark out the lines with tape on the floor, stanchions, rope, etc please? No one’s trying to break the rules, they just don’t know what they are. Very unpleasant shopping experience, cried in the parking lot afterwards."

"Do not come here. 1st time going to this grocery store and as I’m exiting the store with my grocery cart, security locked the wheels on my cart so I could not exit. I have never had this happen. I assume there must be a lot of theft at this store. I proceeded to ask the security guard why my cart was locked and he told me the system does it randomly. All I had in my cart was a case of bottled water and my purse. No bags, etc. Not sure what could’ve been suspicious about that. He then used some remote device to unlock my cart so I could exit the store. I don’t believe its done randomly, I believe he saw me leaving and intentionally locked my cart so I could not exit. Perhaps he wanted to look in my cart. This is humiliating for customers. I am a grown woman, never stolen anything from a grocery store. They need a better system, this is not okay. I asked another employee why this happened—she was apologetic but still no explanation as to why I was targeted."
