"Just got my nails done. I've been going now for around 5 months or so. I work across the street at a diner, so I need nice nails, strong nails. Each time I have been satisfied, very good work. This time I couldn't even get them to draw a heart on my nail it took three nail technicians to draw as quickly line with a heart they messed it up next day rhinestones fell off go into fix they added a total of four new rhinestones charged me $20 plus I left her a $5 tip they are the biggest ripoff place I have ever been to being in Altec myself I know that whole case causes them a dollar and they just charged me $20 to add rhinestones on two fingers absolutely will never be going there again save yourself the money the rhinestones do not list they get dirty fast Nails chip and they will not last you do not go there I thought this was the place to be I thought I had my nail place down and I was not going to go anywhere else but after today and watching them rob me blind they will do the same to you do not go there trust me find another place there's plenty"
"I never leave reviews but I had to! I finally found my nail salon. They do such a great job here. Amy really took her time and made sure I liked my nails. Reasonable prices, and super friendly staff. Seriously, I have been to like ten different nail salons in Philly, and this has by far been the best experience."
"The first few times I was happy to have found a good place that my nails were made for me, today I went and made me a new girl who had no idea and I blame the owner of my terrible job since he told him how I had to do it, I had to do a touch up but I asked him that I wanted on short nails that if it was better to do on my nails or on the acrylic he recommended me sibre acrylic I just wanted something natural my nails are horrible and huge what a disappointment I really liked the job that They did They shouldn't let inexperienced people do the job, I sat for two hours and they did this terrible job to me. What a disappointment"
"Clean salon, classy decor, prompt service, pleasant atmosphere. Set appt was started on time and my technician was gentle yet effective. My first visit, for natural nail service with gel polish. Very pleased."
