"This Motel was not the best. My employer selected this location for our stay and I wish they hadn’t. It’s mediocre at best. My room the door was stuck and needed some force to open. When closing the door you have to slam which seems to be a common thing for all rooms as that’s all you hear all day is doors slamming. There is no elevator, only stairs so keep that in mind when deciding to stay here. It is in a nice location as you can walk to a few restaurants, stores, with in a couple minutes. They lack many of the things you expect from a basic hotel/motel. There was a used bar soap left in my bathroom upon check in. I wouldn’t want to stay here again but it was clean, mostly quiet, and decent walking score for the area. All the amenities did work (microwave, fridge). If you have the money try somewhere else but if this is in your price range it’s pretty clean and quiet for a decent night of sleep, bed is soft but feels slightly worn out with dips in mattress, don’t expect enough towels/rags for entire family you will have to request more. They do offer a complimentary breakfast which is a win. But don’t expect hot cereal, or much fruit."

"1. Room was dirty with dirt and dead bugs on the bed. I could not understand how the cleaning crew missed those. The washroom had mold growing on the ceiling. We got out of there as fast as we could. 2. Staff seemed friendly and cooperative but said they were out of rooms and could not provide us another room. However, they appeared to take responsibility and promised full refund. Upon requesting some sort of written confirmation that we will receive full refund, they provided the attached letter with hand written note and hotel stamp. 3. When I contacted Chase Travel services to request refund, they contacted the hotel and the hotel refused the claim and went back on their word. After a month of back and forth, they agreed to refund only 25% of the price."

"Would not recommend. Shower would not drain. Funk smell throughout. The one dryer in laundry room took several hours to dry clothes. It seemed like different staff had different rules for different customers. One lady worker, Shy, would not allow two African American women take breakfast back to their rooms for their children, said it was not allowed. I took food back to my room the four days I stayed. I left four days early though because I did not like the discrimination going on in that place. On a good not Garry was a real nice guy. I only give one star because an option to give less is not available"

"Don't book here. Spend the little extra to stay literally anywhere else. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. This place was absolutely disgusting. A smoke detector was going off in a room next to us, they refused to fix it. No refund offered. Offered to let us "upgrade" to the quality inn section, and still wanted to charge full price. Don't go here. Management was completely inept. Probably could have a group of pencil sharpeners do a better job running this place. I stated all issues pictured (mold, bugs roaches disgusting furniture, etc.), and was given, "Yes. We know about these issues." Service gets 2 stars because the lady that checked me in was an absolute pleasure and told me about everything there is to do and good restaurants."
