"Dr. Caskey came to my parents house when my mom called to have her sick cat put down. She came the same day. Her and the assistant she brought were the nicest most caring people ever! I also have 3 cats and a dog. One of my cats has been having skin issues for 1 1/2 years I’ve spent thousands of dollars and have seen so many different vets, including a dermatologist, and most recently the vet ER due to a bad cut she got on her leg. I decided to switch from the vet I’ve been seeing for 20+ years to Springmill because how caring they were when they came to my parents house. We’ve been seeing them weekly (bandage change on her leg) for about 4 weeks now. Not only did they figure out the issues with my cats skin (she looks like a cat again! No missing hair, no longer itching herself raw) they are so caring and fair with the pricing. I love the lady at the front desk she is always so welcoming and helpful! I’ve had no issues getting an appointment. I can’t say enough good things about this vet! I’ll be switching my dog and other 2 cats to Springmill vet as well. Thanks so much for helping Harley!!"

"Just have to say how appreciative I’ve been to Dr Caskey and her staff. I’ve been visiting the same vet for the past 13 years and after having some difficulty getting through to the office I decided I needed to seek out a new Veterinary practice that would be able to respond when I had urgent needs or questions especially since my little girl is a senior now. My initial call to Spring Mill Veterinary Hospital was comforting and they spent the time to talk to me and eased my anxiety about what was going on with my girl. They were able to see her the next day and everyone I had met during my visit was amazing and Dr Caskey was able to prescribe just what was needed to help with my Chloe’s issue. I’m currently dealing with another pop up issue and have been in touch with this practice and am reminded of how much peace and comfort it brings me to be able quickly address any issues my girl may be having. They are also very good with communicating through email and Kelly and was able to provide me with a list of things to try to help with cognitive issues. "One of my dogs had a bad ear infection and we took him to the Springmill Veterinary Hospital. The team did a wonderful job of taking care of him and us. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. They greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. They provided me with clear information about the diagnosis, treatment, and cost. They answered all my questions patiently and respectfully. The Vet {Lead Dr. Caskey} and her team treated my dogs with care, compassion and patience, in addition to us. She examined his ears carefully and gently, and setup an effective medication regimen that cleared up the pain and inflammation. Our vet also gave us instructions (demonstrated) on how to administer the medications at home and guidance to prevent future infections. The exam room was clean and sanitary, with modern equipment and tools. The facility was neat and well-organized. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, with lots of natural light. There is also off-street parking in the rear of the facility. I would highly recommend this veterinary center to anyone who wants the best in great pets. Springmill is compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable. We take both our dogs there. 10/10 experience, will be taking pets again."
