Mike and Emily kept me updated and even assisted my mom when she had to pick them up because I had travel delay. "My Dog and I love Out of the Crate! Their staff is very attentive and they love each and every one of the dogs that walk through that door. The play size is small and well monitored. They also provide a break during the day for nap and eating which Bailey really needed when she first started going as she didn't know how to regulate her play.
