"I used to go all the time but recently switched salons. Personally, I think they need to freshen up their polish selections. Every color I chose in the past was either empty or it didn’t apply right or didn’t last long. Staff is very friendly and nice. The place could probably be updated for a cleaner look. Pedicures are nice as they provide a great foot massage."
"I had a friend up from Florida and, at the last minute, decided to get manicures. We called, and they took us in at our requested time. Very nice, gentle neck message, clean, quick dryers, and great prices! My friend was so thrilled! Sorry, we forgot the pics!"
"While this use to be one of my favorite salons, it’s no longer. Service has definitely declined while the cost has increased. This use to be a favorite spot to wind down as well, but it’s just get you in and get you out! No foot soaking solution, no sanitizing the bowl between pedicures any more and no cleaning under your nails?. The shop was looking run down as well. Sorry but I just wasn’t pleased!"
"Visited business on Thursday afternoon to get regular pedicure and manicure for $42. Came back this (Saturday) morning because polished chipped off after less than 72 hours. Owner wanted me to pay $13 to get gel polish of same color instead. Says this is how long regular polish last. Lies.. it must be the brand of polish used that can’t hold water. I am furious. Going somewhere else to get them polished again. Not giving them another dime."
"I've been going to Diana's for over 14 years now. I've driven an hour and a half to get there and now I'm living in Florida and make sure I make an appointment whenever I go to PA. I just recently went up and Kevin gave me the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I have taken friends and family and would suggest them to anyone. Diana is truly the best! If only I could get her to move to Florida! Thank you for continuing the great service!"
