"Third time going to Sands nails in Hatboro the last two times we waited a half an hour and I didn’t complain. This time she made me wait an hour for my appointment after pushing A half an hour from time it was supposed to originally be. my appointment was at 9:30. She sent me a message pushing me till 10 and wanted to take me at almost 11. I. Booked two appointments. I went with my daughter. We were suppose to get our nails done together but they took her and when She was almost finished that’s when they wanted to start my nails I didn’t have another hour to sit there and wait. I’m very disappointed in this business. Three times she made me wait. Never offered me a discount or anything. Just thought apologizing was enough. I will not go back."

"The owner and her Mom were very nice. They were also way to accommodating. The pedicure was underwhelming. It was the first time my feet felt worse after a pedicure. There were divots in the calluses, which aren't that bad. The gel refill and nail fix, which I had her do again but still didn't look right, was bad. My nails were filed wrong. Polish was okay, but for the first time within a week, it started chipping. The Owner repeatedly said they they had just returned from vacation, and one of the staff were out. Even with the other person, it would have been nuts. I am sure given better circumstances, this is a nice place. The Owner needs to be okay with not squeezing people in and calling people to reschedule."

"If I could rate this place “0” stars, I would..the owner was very condescending..She made multiple rude comments about my damaged nail beds. She rushed through them and messed up the shape SO bad. Especially the left thumb, she applied the tip wrong , said “whoops”, and continued going without fixing it. She was very rough with the nail files and told me numerous times to “relax my hands” in a stern tone, when they were in PAIN! To top it off, when I asked her to fix my very lopsided thumb, she got and attitude with me, and reapplied the acrylic in a rush, and it’s now sticking to my skin…0/10 do not recommend."

"I LOVE SANDS Nail! I have been going to Sandy for years she is absolutely amazing! Sandy's mom does my pedicures and is does such am amazing job. Helen is just fantastic with the dip powder on my nails. I'm honestly so impressed with how they always remember what colors I liked and didn't like and the length and shape I prefer it's just so nice to go there it's like visiting friends! My husband also gets his pedicure there and he is very proud of how nice his feet always look! I really can't say enough nice things, they are just amazing!"
