"It's always joy to talk with front desk lady - Stephanie. She is always so nice and welcoming. It's hard to see such an excellent customer service these days, but she never disappoints. She was always accommodating and kind during our office visits as well. We also enjoyed nurse practitioner Mallory. She did excellent job handling our baby boy! I highly recommend this medical office!"

"The practitioners are alright. No complaint there! However, they need to schedule enough providers or something! The wait time to see a practitioner is just not acceptable. You wait at least one hr or more in the exam room and another 15-20 minutes in a waiting area before you are called. This is not one time occurrence, with Bristow Pediatrics, it’s always! They really need to do something about it! If I change a doctor, it’s solely because of the wait time!! Just not acceptable."

"I don’t have anything great to say about this practice I had my son in 2019 and we saw dr Dolan and she was friendly and the nurses were ok but the wait times in the room were always very long which was very inconvenient most of the time. We left in 2021 due to them no longer taking our insurance and I was also about an hour drive from them because we had moved but didn’t mind it for the 6 months I was no longer in the area because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching pediatricians. fast forward a year and a half and I call because we have different insurance and have moved back to the area and they say we can’t come back as patients because we left… we had to because they stopped taking our insurance. Then I ask for a recommendation on another pediatrician in the area and they say “call the insurance…” yes I know I can call the insurance but would’ve liked a personal recommendation seeing as i don’t know anyone in the area with kids that see pediatricians. I would not recommend this practice if your looking"

"I have been taking my 3 kids to Bristow Pediatrics since 2012 and I absolutely love the team there. The doctors and NPs never make us feel rushed and are always happy to answer my questions. (Because of that they sometimes run behind, but even as a working mom I find that to be a worthwhile trade-off) I have always been able to get in for a sick visit when needed, so I've never had to take my kids to the ER or urgent care. I've had an emergency pop up on the weekend as well and I was able to talk to the doctor-on-call within 30 min. I highly recommend BP and trust them completely with my family's health."
