"The staff was really nice but they soaked, drilled, and filed my nails for so long that they are super brittle and hurt to the touch. I liked the work they did and they had a nice selection of colors but it took 3 hours for what is usually an hour long appointment and ended up really damaging my nails. I’ve been growing them out for a while and love having natural nails so I am disappointed that they now had to be cut all the way down to prevent further issues. My roommate had the same issue with damaged nails. If they did not soak or drill as hard as they did it would have been a better experience."

"I’ve been going to Echo Nails for over 6 months and always have a great experience! I always call ahead to make an appointment, and have never had to wait. Their pedicures are affordable, relaxing and the hot stones are a huge plus. I’ve also gotten multiple gel manicures and they do a fantastic job! The techs always shape my nails how I ask and the gel polish lasts over 2 weeks. I’ve tried various different salons in the area and this is my favorite!"
