"I am so incredibly frustrated with this company: The company is extremely rigid and will not take any additional steps to help the customer out. I purchased a stroller from them during the holiday season. I returned the exact same stroller to them except in a different color on accident, brand new and unopened. Because the serial numbers don’t match, I am getting charged the full price of the stroller even though they have the exact stroller, brand new in original packaging in their possession. The price for both strollers and both colors are the exact same. It’s not like I tried returning some basic color for a premium color. It’s literally the exact same. They have not tried to understand my position at all, instead insisting on me paying hundreds of dollars to return the item. I offered to return the original stroller but they have refused as I am outside of the return window even though the reason for that is I wasn’t NOTIFIED it was incorrect until the return window had passed. I would not recommend. This has been overall frustrating and disappointing and looking like I am out a thousand dollars while a company profits that. Terrible. I do want to add that customer service has been pleasant and very nice but just absolutely not helpful at all. I think that exceptions to a policy can be made when an accident like this happens. Edited: company is working with me to resolve!! Customer service is sweet as always."

Despite the fact that I bought the stroller over a year ago, I decided to apply for a warranty and got a new spare part absolutely free of charge! Isn't that a miracle! I express my deep gratitude for the help and recommend the seller as honest and decent!"

"We are SO happy that we found this store online! We were a little skeptical at first with buying an open box stroller, but we certainly have ZERO regrets! This thing was brand spanking new, as listed, without a single scratch. It could have been sold as brand new and no one would have known any different. We also registered it with Uppababy using the registration card with no issues so now we have a 3 year warranty. Highly recommend Capital Kidz and will be ordering the Mesa car seat from them soon!!!"
