"Update 6/2023: so happy with the new management at Amano! They’re friendly, helpful and the inventory is much improved. I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have. Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent."
