"They are extremely ignorant and rude. Tried to keep a prescription and money. After being told they could have a cash refund. Fought and claimed they didn’t have the money to give back 60$. “Are you proud of yourself as people” yes because you people are disgusting. You can not treat people this way . I need corporates number, LP, district manager & store managers information ."

"Pharmacist is rude! Waited to drop off Rx, wasn’t acknowledged just ignored by 2 people behind counter, only one in line and they we’re definitely not busy… took my prescription elsewhere!"

"I needed one pill for vertigo. I sat for 90 minutes waiting for my doctor to call, not moving so I didn’t start twirling. Finally I went up and asked if there was something over the counter. WITHOUT A WORD, the pharmacist went and got car sickness meds that had the same drug in it. So I waited 90 minutes when there was an over the counter that had the same drug!!! What I did not think to check; and he said NOTHING was the dosage. I assumed that the dosage would be less, not. The over the counter meds were double the amount of meclizine. I could not drive home - I slept. Rudest pharmacist that I have ever met. Rude to other staff also. I sat for a long time so I saw a lot."

"Not a very busy location. I am actually suprised they are still open. Very clean store. Not much to brag about. Prices are a bit expensive. Their competition will crush Rite Aid if they don't do anything different. Employees are nice. Their prices need to change and they need more inventory of items for get more people in."

"You'll have a tough time using coupons here sometimes. If one of your coupons beep they really start investigating it hardcore. The stock here is alright compared to the other Rite Aid on Northampton Street. The customer service i would say is good if you are just buying things without discounts or coupons."
