"We stay here every year, this year they would not accept our coupon from the Hotel book.So we were charged the same rate as everyone. We stay there every year that we drive down south and this was the first time they wouldn`t accept the coupon... We were surprised as we are good Mariotte customers. Maybe next year we will look elsewhere. Very disappointed in Mariotte."

"I booked a one night stay after the storm as our home had no power, heat or running water. My family was looking forward to a hot shower and warm beds for the night. However, my reservation was canceled at checkin. I was informed that the hotel's management has a "no local guests" policy. I travel a fair bit for business and have never been treated so rudely or with such open discrimination. Pick another hotel! The Hampton gladly took our money, the hotel was nice and the staff friendly!"

"Everything was good. Rooms were nice & clean, front desk agents were all helpful & friendly. Even the older lady that was doing the breakfast was such a sweetheart,so helpful & pleasant. My only complaint is that the pool was out of service. It would have been nice if that was a blurb on the website to advise visitors. I have fibromyalgia and when I travel I have to get in a pool or whirlpool to soothe my body so I can sleep. I'll be back as my nephew is now a student at Kings College. Hoping the pool will be fully functional by next visit"
