"I am a first time mother, I chose this office but I never thought they were so bad at resection, I will definitely change offices. They don't pay attention to you and if you ask them to speak in Spanish they ignore you and there are staff who speak Spanish who treat you with racism, especially the ladies who speak Spanish. What kind of office can deal with children if they don't give importance to children, I spent a week calling to try to talk to the doctor about my daughter's formula and I didn't get a response from anyone, definitely not I recommend this office, the staff reception is very rude. My daughter is 20 days old and does not have fixed formula because they did not want to listen to me and the monthly appointment was moved to 15 days later. not caring that my daughter does not have formula recommended by a doctor."

"My kids didn’t see much of Dr Farooqui when they were young, but my teen has been seeing him consistently this past year. Dr Farooqui really is a caring doctor who has a good sense of humor and is invested in my son’s overall well being (health, school, emotional)."

"The doctors are very good but the reception and appointment control are not useful at all. My appointment was at 8:45 am. I waited until 9:52 in the waiting room. What is the appointment for if you are going to wait 1 hour?"

"Dear Office Manager, Not sure how much our business means to this clinic but sadly we'll be choosing a different clinic. If you truly care about your customers and want to make this a better place, please re-train your front desk staff or FIRE them. THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY! THEY WILL NOT GREET ANYONE! WE ARE AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEM! Greeting the customers is the easiest thing and should be the first item on your SOP and training. Please at least have a conversation with them about their nonchalant behavior, lack of professionalism, and such a blatant disregard for customer service in a medical setting. Additionally, the wait times were excessively long, and there was a noticeable lack of organization in managing appointments. The disarray only served to heighten my discomfort and frustration during what should have been a straightforward and professional experience. I believe it is essential for your clinic to address these issues promptly to maintain the trust and confidence of your patients. A medical facility is expected to provide not only quality healthcare but also a supportive and respectful environment for those seeking medical assistance especially for Children. I sincerely hope that my feedback prompts a thorough review of your customer service procedures and training. Improvements in these areas would undoubtedly enhance the overall patient experience at your clinic."

"I had to bring me 5 yr old for a check up a couple of the ladies we're professionally pleasant a couple of them were rude in their tone and attitude. The room we were told to wait in had a filthy sink and the wait time was rather long. The office wouldn't be so bad minus the dirty sink if the first person you spoke to wasn't so rude and condescending. This isn't my first choice its a solution while I find a better Pediatrician... If you have to bring your child for an emergency I would bring them. If you're looking for a warm inviting friendly pediatrician's office I would keep looking!!"
