"I showed up and my room smelled, so I couldn't stay. Same issue with the only other available room, plus there were guests hanging out in the parking lot outside my room, blasting their radios like it was a block party. Their policy says you can only get a refund if you cancel before your stay begins. I guess that's how they get away with rooms that stink. NO REFUND FOR ME."
"I won't even give this place a 1 star at all. All those photos taken and posted are completely fake and totally photos hopped in a way to make others believe that it's a clean, fixed, and newish type place, when in reality it's just a show and gimmick to attract desperate travelers for more money. It's dirty, and infested with bed bugs, blood underneath the sheets and bedding, lint, pieces of left over food, hair from others, pubic hair, mites, lice, and scabies. I've seen it all. Believe me. I wanted to sue."
"Front desk staff was courteous and the complentary breakfast was nice, but the room was horrendous. I stayed here for a quick overnight business trip. I did not have high expectations, but I was surprised at the condition. Flies in the room, used shampoo and conditioner bottles, mold, stains on sheets, no light bulbs in the fixtures, and no chain lock on the door. Literally the worst place I've ever stayed."
"Room 116 was dirty. I showed the owner/manager and he switched me to Room 117. I got another dirty room. Refrigerator was not clean and black mold was growing in the freezer. The microwave was crusted in food. The floor turned my feet black. The owner/manager kept saying they were busy. That is no excuse, even for an economy hotel stay."
"Rooms were what you expect, not clean but not dirty. The road way out front was a 4 lane divided highway so you had to pull a u turn to get headed south. Not a sidewalk in sight but you did have plenty of food and groceries within walking distance. The staff was beyond amazing and I'd give them 300 stars if I could."
