"I’m not giving any stars if I can complete with out giving any! My suggestion to anyone is don’t come here if you’re traveling, in need of emergency housing or an extended Stay!!! This place is out not safe it has mold infestation with roaches and bedbugs, the Staff is beyond rude and stinky!! They have had on the same clothes the whole two almost 3 months I have been here. I learned just how nasty this place is in at time where I had no where else to go and I cleaned my 1st room myself with an old toothbrush on the shower wall! I had to move to another room due to pipes busting and while staying in the second room I seen roaches my complaint of being bitten while sleeping so I asked to be moved again and as soon as I got all my things in the I see another roach mind you I have been an extended stay in my 1st room for over a month in which I pay every2 week $840.00 which is $1680 a month!!!! And the guy at the front desk tells me maybe I need to stay somewhere else cause all the rooms have mold in them!! I have no car 2 kids and I work hard to atleast make sure we have a safe warm place to sleep and we have to get sick and bit in the process I asked for refund this morning and I have not received it yet!!! This place needs to be shut down one side of the building in which my 1st room was in has no running water!! These people are taking money from people who are in the same situation as me but going to charities getting money to sty out here and they this place is not up to code. I look forward to hearing to some one cause multiple $840 by at least 3 months I pay to much to be here and live like this"

"Room was clean except the sheets were stained. We requested clean sheets that never came. Front desk staff was very courteous. Be warned there is no wifi available in that area."

"Let me start from, i have been in around 3000 hotels around the world and always you see bad and really bad employees. But here lets start with the bad. ANASTASIA is a really bad example of customer service. I would give this hotel a 2 star rating just because of her. Seems she does not the process of what needs to be done when a customer purchase the stay directly or through a third party app. She just have negative answers and never look for a positive solution to help clients. Sad the hotel is going down. Now room the tub did not drain as it is supposed with just a normal shower, took about an hour to get the tub drained. The only positive side is SAMANTHA, she worries about results and delivery. She is a professional... And should move to a better place. If you need WIFI.... THERE IS NO WIFI and price of rooms are based on amenities and wifi is one of them.... So beware..."
